Since moving in, we had been wondering what to put on the wall at the end of the office. Eventually we decided a large sign of our logo would be best. Doesn’t it look great 🥰
Myself, Caitlin & Emily all got stuck in with aligning it, peeling the ...tape off each letter and sticking it to the wall. We all think it looks very smart, what do you think?

According to the estate agency news, there is a bit of an epidemic of this happening! 🙈
Gazundering is when a buyer agrees a sale and then at the last minute tries to renegotiate the price down, often leaving the seller in a tricky dilemma.
If you have an issue with a survey, ...dont wait weeks before you try to discuss it! 🙈
Also, quotes for work based need to be after a qualified traesperson has visited the property, not a guess ! 🙈
Lastly, if the house is not a new build then don't expect everything to be as up to date as a new build would be!!! 🙈🏡
We stand firm with our sellers if we feel requests for reductions are unreasonable. 🔓
In fact, we now offer a reservation agreement to reduce this situation happening. If a buyer (or seller) withdraws or tries to renegotiate WITHOUT GOOD REASON, then they pay COMPENSATION TO YOU! 💰
It infuriates us when people play games with the biggest financial transaction you’ll make.

So often we hear of situations where the estate agent has not been in touch since they ...initially put your property on the market. Are you just another property sitting online waiting to see what happens?
They have over valued your home simply to win your trust but in reality, they were just hitting a sales managers target. As a result, you are not getting any interest. Too chicken to admit it, they have just left you sitting on the market and don't address the elephant in the room....you need to reduce!

I find every year, we are dealing with more downsizers, older family members moving into care and sadly, probate.
