Honesty is rarely used to describe estate agents, but we believe being honest and authentic is crucial to achieving the best possible moving experience with us and the best working relationship with you. We are on the same side as you, and as our client we will help and give honest feedback to you at every stage. Honesty doesn’t always come in a pretty package, but when it comes to selling your property, you can trust we have your best interests at heart.

Expertise

As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, having taken my Property Mark qualifications, we are part of a national body of agents who are endorsed by Phil Spencer the TV property expert, and are constantly striving to improve the industry. With over 35 years’ experience personally and around 85 years combined within our team, you can be assured that we have experienced the highs and lows of the UK property market and are best placed to react effectively to the rollercoaster of buying and selling.

Integrity

The main reason I launched my own estate agency was because I feel that the industry has become very target and volume focussed. This ultimately often conflicts with the integrity to handle the sale of your largest financial asset. My focus is on the client, you the seller, combined with law and best practice means I am always acting in your best interest and not just those of my office and market share. The majority of our business now comes through recommendations, which is exactly what we wanted to achieve.

Personal

To keep our service personal, we limit the amount of properties that we deal with at any one time. We have individual agents to cover specific areas and we will be on hand for you at every step of the process from initial marketing right through to your moving day. We have a specialised experienced sales progression agent who keeps everything on track and spots any potential issues. Selling your home can be one of the most stressful things you can undertake so our aim is to support you through the process and smooth the way to a successful move.

Sadly this program is set to show you what I've known for years!!

All joking aside on the popcorn, its scary that profits are put before doing the right thing by our client... the seller!!

This ...evening’s Panorama is set to reveal potentially dubious sales tactics used by a major estate agency chain (Allen &Harris are part of the Connells group), where staff have allegedly been pressured to push in-house mortgage services, even if it means compromising what's best for their clients!

One seller even claims she lost thousands of pounds because her agent prioritised a buyer who agreed to use the agency’s mortgage service, not because they offered the best price.

Let us be absolutely clear:

✅ Yes, like many agents, we do sometimes receive commission if a client chooses to use a recommended mortgage broker or service.

🚫 But we never push, pressure, or steer buyers or sellers in that direction.

💯 Your choice of broker, solicitor, or financial advisor will never affect whether a buyer is considered “better” or how we represent your property.

Our focus is, and always will be – on getting you the BEST possible price and outcome.

We believe in fair, honest estate agency. Built on reputation, recommendation, and results, not behind-the-scenes targets.
